Welcome!

Hi. I'm Lynn Baskfield, owner of SpiritDance Coaching. I coach women midlife and beyond as they redefine beauty, passion and purpose in the second half of life.  I guide clients through rites of passage with storytelling, writing, creative expression, ritual, retreats, nature and very centrally, the wisdom of horses. A lifelong horsewoman, I partner with horses to evoke insights and learning that my clients cannot get by thinking, reading or talking only.  It is my experience that when clients connect with themselves through the horses, confidence, joy and creative solutions emerge quite naturally. 

I also does leadership training for business leaders and work with aspiring equine guided coaches to grow and develop professionally.
